'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><i><b>CONSTRUCTION D&rsquo;UN LASER CO2 TEA de 3J<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Deux \u00e9lectrodes en laiton embouties au profil de CHANG servent d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrodes de d\u00e9charge principales.<br \/>\nLa caract\u00e9ristique principale de ce laser est la pr\u00e9ionisation du type \u00e0 \u00e9tincelles de reptation de surface !<br \/>\nLe laser comporte 14 unit\u00e9s de pr\u00e9-ionisation sur les 2 cot\u00e9s des \u00e9lectrodes de d\u00e9charge principales.<br \/>\nChaque unit\u00e9 se compose d&rsquo;un condensateur de titanate de baryum de 180pF \/ 40kV dont l&rsquo;un des cot\u00e9s est fix\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrode de d\u00e9charge en laiton.<br \/>\nSur l&rsquo;autre cot\u00e9 du condensateur de trouve un \u00e9lectrode de d\u00e9charge et un demi disque d&rsquo;alumine de 2mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9lectrode de<br \/>\nd\u00e9charge reli\u00e9e sur la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9lectrodes de d\u00e9charge.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-2  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h4><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ce qui est important dans le syst\u00e8me de pr\u00e9ionisation c&rsquo;est le \u00ab\u00a0timing\u00a0\u00bb de 10ns qui doit imp\u00e9rativement intervenir avant la d\u00e9charge principale.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>La pr\u00e9-ionisation d\u00e9pend d&rsquo;une dizaines de param\u00e8tres tel que:<br \/>\nla pression du gaz,la composition du gaz, la vitesse de mont\u00e9e du courant, l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de celui-ci, la disposition g\u00e9om\u00e9trique des \u00e9lectrodes, du nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrodes, du mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9 pour les \u00e9lectrodes de d\u00e9charge principales, de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de surface, de l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 du champ \u00e9lectrique entres les \u00e9lectrodes de d\u00e9charges principales, des impuret\u00e9s organiques dans le gaz etc&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Pour les \u00e9lectrodes de d\u00e9charge principales, il faut une uniformit\u00e9 du champ \u00e9lectrique de dE\/E\u00ab 10<\/p>\n<h4><sup><span style=\"font-size: large;\">-3<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0soit une tol\u00e9rance de 50 microns.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Le laiton est le meilleur mat\u00e9riau, surtout pour les lasers excimers utilisant le fluor, par contre il ne convient pas pour les halog\u00e9nures de chlor.Le volume actif est de 23x23x500 mm3\u00a0 soit\u00a0 265 cm3\u00a0 .<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-6  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px;
